Staff of the 140 branches we serve at the moment -- and all the new ones we are hoping to join us -- can click onto our website to unlock a whole new world of opportunities guaranteed to make their signboard management more dynamic and efficient.  

Apart from the online system, our mobile phone texting service means Estate Agents can now order For Sale boards even when they are away from the office.  

Here's how the online system works: When branch personnel log-in to www.BrianBarrettSigns.co.uk , they are not only able to give instructions as to the address of the vendor's property, type of board and special requirements etc, they are also enabled to track the subsequent status and progress of each and every job, minute by minute, round the clock.  

For erection the next day, the order has to be made before 4.30pm. Estate agents are reminded of this thanks to the message on their Brian Barrett Signs mouse-mats!  

The next day (in most areas) a personal email is sent to the Estate Agent directly from the sign erector on the spot -- using the latest hand-held PDA and GRPS technology -- confirming either that the job has been done, or with any queries.  

The Estate Agent always has immediate on-screen access to the full history of every board, from putting it up to taking it down, including any changes, replacements etc. Pending jobs can also be monitored.
